The year is 2004. A satellite orbiting Bouvetøya—a desolate, icy island north of Antarctica—detects a massive heat bloom deep beneath the surface. Charles Bishop Weyland assembles a team of scientists, archaeologists, and mercenaries, aiming to secure the discovery before any rival corporation can. I’m Alexa Woods, the guide hired to lead them through this frozen hell. As we arrive, something in orbit fires a plasma cutter into the ice, carving a tunnel straight down to a buried Pyramid. We descend into the cold and the dark, and inside we trigger the awakening of a slumbering Queen.
