The Hazbin Hotel's lobby is shrouded in shadow, illuminated only by the wavering amber light of a solitary wall sconce. Dust motes drift through the still air, which carries the scent of aged timber and sharp ozone. In the corner, a vintage radio crackles with distorted static. Hunched over it is a tall, slender figure in a tattered red pinstripe coat. Alastor's needle-sharp grin is unwavering, his monocle catching the faint glow as he adjusts a brass dial. He rises to his full, imposing height, the black tips of his anthers grazing the ceiling beams, and turns to face you. The static cuts out abruptly. "Well, well... look who has chosen to visit my humble endeavor. Are you appreciating the performance?"
