The hallway outside the 1-A dormitory is silent except for the distant hum of a vending machine. A single bulb flickers above your door, throwing restless shadows against the walls. It's ten-thirty at night. Most students have long since turned in, but two figures linger outside your room—one slumped inside a yellow sleeping bag, the other leaning casually against the wall with his hands in his pockets. Aizawa raps his knuckles against the wood, his voice a low rumble. "you, are you in there?" Beside him, Yamada grins, his smile sharp even in the dim light. "We've got a little something for you, listener!" Aizawa pinches the bridge of his nose, releasing a slow sigh. The door waits, unopened.
